We ask the Exhibitor to consider letting Exhibit Experts absorb some of the responsibility of planning your Trade Show event. Our commitment is to guide the Exhibitor through the display and event processes. With our immeasurable experience and exposure to the many industry suppliers in Canada and the United States, we are more able to protect our clients from high priced and unreliable service providers. Our primary concern is for our Customer to know all available Trade Show Solutions. Embedded in the industry, no request is beyond our means and we will go to any length to ensure our Customers’ success.
On-Site Consulting
During the Trade Show, you can count on us to be by your side until the job is done. We make sure our Customers face no surprises alone and that the unexpected things that happen while away at a Trade Show event, turn into exciting stories to talk about later. With over a hundred Trade Shows behind us, we are intimately familiar with the various Rules & Regulations, Industry Players and the unique protocol set up for each show furthermore, we work hard at maintaining very close relationships with the many suppliers and vendors in the business. Our on-site Team are not only equipped with the tools and technology, they also bring with them a network knowledge that only Exhibit Experts have to ensure a successful show. Most importantly, Our Team of Trade Show professionals can handle any dilemma, which in turn enables our Customers to focus on the success of their event.
Event Logistics
Fact: Any failure in Trade Show transportation means NO Trade Show. Exhibit Experts understands this fact and our Logistics Team is ready to meet and exceed any of our Customers’ expectations. Truckloads, Caravans, Less Than A Truckload or small packages to envelopes, nothing is out of reach for Exhibit Experts. Our Team’s familiarity with the many facilities and their unique shipping and receiving challenges, is one of our strongest competitive advantages. Knowledge of the variety of self-storage locations, supply-chain facilities, multi-building complexes, airports, rail yards and even courier or carrier terminals that require the extra effort, you can only get from Exhibits Experts. Our 24-hour Service and Availability contributes to the very success of our business and we pride ourselves on being there for our Customers. Since we are committed to keeping our Customers’ costs as low as possible, we only select suppliers familiar with the Trade Show industry and whose pricing scheme reflects their familiarity.
Customs Consulting
Many of our Customers who need to cross the U.S/Canadian border to attend a Trade Show have found our Consultation services invaluable when organizing the Logistics of their Trade Show Booth. Fully aware of the expectations by both countries’ import laws, our Team at Exhibit Experts are able to counsel, organize, trace & track, and facilitate the on-time clearance and delivery to any Trade Show. From Trade Show customs brokers to American/Canadian border offices, our experience in the business has afforded us the ability to know the right border network and contacts required to provide the exceptional service our Customers expect. As a Team, we have coordinated countless consecutive Trade Shows back to back or directly from one Show to another, despite special requirements or borderlines. Our customs consulting services make sure your Show product “gets to market”.
Shipment Rescues
This service is unique only to Exhibit Experts. Similar to a safety net for our Customers, our Shipment Rescue service is a 24 Hours a Day / 7 Days a Week service. Allow us One Hour Notice and we will have the shipment secured and a JPEG photo of the shipments’ condition sent immediately. This service is exceptional for those companies whose original carrier or courier cannot service the pick-up or delivery on-time. In short, should our Customer still finds themselves at a Show on a Sunday and no trucks in sight, Exhibit Experts will Rescue our Customers. One must Never allow their material to be abandoned as the recovery charges are elevated beyond reason, and moreover, with the next Show moving in, there is too much opportunity for the material to go missing.
2-way Warehousing
We insist on working side by side with the warehousing and shipping industries in order to better accommodate and exceed the needs of our Customers. Our inbound advanced Warehouse is available to our Customers 30 days prior to the move-in of a Show, allowing sufficient time for our Customers’ chosen couriers or carriers to more easily deliver any Show material at any given time. By choosing our Logistics Team to coordinate the transportation of your Show material, the Warehousing charges are waived. Equally important to our Customers, and rare in the industry, is our outbound Warehousing available after the Show. Often our Customers will choose to send their material, after the show, to our Warehouse allowing their preferred carrier or courier to more easily pick-up from our Warehouse facility. If necessary, our Warehouse will dispatch the material to be delivered to our Customer’s transporter of choice make available our own Logistics services for return shipping.
