Exhibit Experts Privacy Statement

We at Exhibit Experts take the necessary steps to ensure we meet privacy principles and requirements with respect to our customers’ information in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation.

The very purpose of this statement is to inform our customers and other individuals we deal with how we retain, apply, disclose and protect customer information in Canada.  This statement does not apply to information about the people we employ.

How We Retain and Use Data
Exhibit Experts, its representatives and its agents collect information in a variety of circumstances in our efforts to provide our customers with event logistics and product management.  The most common data we retain: customer name, address, telephone/fax number and other contact data, credit card information and other such data we may retain through consent of our customer or as required or permitted by law.

Exhibit Experts will generally use data for the following purposes: to provide our customers with event logistics and product management; to process payments by applying credit card data supplied for orders and services requested by our customers, administration, management, collection or for otherwise enforcing account integrity; maintaining business records, administration and management of our business; to comply with legal, audit, insurance, security, and  regulatory requirements; and with our customers’ consent, or as allowed or required by law.

How We Disclose and Protect Data

Exhibit Experts discloses data in the following circumstances: to process payments by applying credit card data supplied for orders and services requested by our customers; to comply with legal, audit, insurance, security, and regulatory requirements; and with your consent or allowed or required by law.

Exhibit Experts protects your data using physical, electronic or procedural security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data in our custody or control, which may include safeguards to protect against loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.  Any authorized representative, agent or functionary of Exhibit Experts who requires access to your information in order to fulfill their job requirements will have the required access to your data.

Consent

When a customer provides us with information, we will assume that you the customer consent to our collection, application and disclosure of such data for the purposes indicated or detailed in this privacy statement.  Our customers may withdraw their consent to our collection, application and disclosure of data at any time, subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice.

We may be required or permitted under statute or regulation to collect, use or disclose data without your consent, for example, to comply with a court order, to comply with local or federal regulations or a legally permitted inquiry by a government agency, or to collect a debt owed to Exhibit Experts.
